What a watch doesn’t do
We don’t file oppositions or give legal advice. We tell you what was published and when the window to oppose closes. To act on an alert, file Form TM-O yourself or through a trademark agent or advocate.
Frequently asked questions
What is in the free first report?
A full check of your brand against the next journal we process, with every similar mark we find and its last date to oppose. If you do not continue, you pay nothing.
What counts as one brand?
One brand name watched in up to 3 classes. A different name, or a fourth class, counts as another brand.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Reply to any report email and we stop at the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you file oppositions for me?
No. We tell you about similar marks and the deadline. You can file Form TM-O yourself or through a trademark agent or advocate.
Do you watch logos?
Not yet. We match brand names by sound and spelling. Logo (device mark) similarity is not covered.
