Choosing classes
File in the classes for what you sell now or plan to sell soon, and watch related ones too: a copycat selling bags under your clothing brand’s name can still confuse your buyers. The official fee is charged for each class, so a focused list saves money.
These summaries are our own plain-English descriptions, not the official class headings. Check the official list of goods and services before you file. For more, read our guide to trademark classes in India.
